I took a deep breath and proceeded to seek the help of a personal coaching program.
I knew that because of my busy work schedule, I would not have time for a "normal" personal trainer.
I needed a result driven training plan and someone there for support.
Fast forward a couple of months, and my work life was busier than ever! I was going on trips 3+ times a week, and barely spent any time at my apartment.
Despite my crazy busy schedule, I kept going and lost over 70 pounds!
Living through that emotional and physical pain, I am now ready to help other's who have been in the same situation.
